DustHub is a decentralized application (dApp) that provides tools for discovering and swapping small-value token holdings ("dust") across blockchain networks. DustHub does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of financial services. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.
No Custody of Funds
DustHub is a non-custodial protocol. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys or funds. All transactions are initiated and signed by you through your own wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the transactions you sign.
Smart Contract Risk
Interactions with smart contracts carry inherent risks including but not limited to: bugs in contract code, vulnerabilities to exploits, and potential loss of funds. While DustHub contracts are designed with security in mind, no smart contract can be guaranteed to be entirely free of defects. By using DustHub, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Token Accuracy
DustHub relies on third-party data sources for token metadata, pricing, and liquidity information. This data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Token valuations displayed on the platform are estimates and may not reflect actual market conditions at the time of a swap.
Swap Execution
DustHub aggregates quotes from multiple third-party swap providers (0x, 1inch, Paraswap, Jupiter, etc.). Actual execution prices may differ from quoted prices due to slippage, market movement, gas costs, and other factors. DustHub is not responsible for swap outcomes or price differences between quotes and execution.
Points and Rewards
DustHub points, levels, achievements, and seasonal rewards are part of a gamification system. Points have no intrinsic monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. The points system, seasonal parameters, and reward structures may be modified at any time at the discretion of the DustHub team.
Regulatory Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of DustHub complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. DustHub may restrict access from certain jurisdictions where the use of decentralized financial applications is prohibited or restricted.
No Warranty
DustHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The DustHub team does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed, or the successful execution of any transaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DustHub and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
